Inkeri was born and spent the first 7 years of her life in the north. She loved it. The land sang to her, and it seemed she had a genuine connection with it. Turns out, her connection was just the magic in her blood singing along with her excitement. Purely by chance, one day her parents happened to notice that some of the more unsavory types in the area taking an interest in her, people known to associate with witches.

To avoid her from being drawn into an undesirable crowd, she was sent south to live with her Aunt and Uncle, as they were planning on opening a shop in the south. Her uncle, married to her father’s sister, was originally from the south, and never really took to the cold and invigorating clime of the north.

Cue forward a decade, and Inkeri has grown up into a tall, lean and striking beauty. The magic still sings in her blood, and for the moment is a bit combat oriented, as she has spent quite a bit of her childhood traveling with her uncles caravans on trading trips, and interacting with the caravan guards. She is pretty sure that this isn’t the life for her, and soon plans on striking out on her own, now that she is grown.
