Looks good so far.

You obviously need to finish calculating your skill percentages.

Also, you DO get to combine your Auto-Dodge bonuses - Sonic Speed, Extra-Ordinary PP AND the bonus from your PP itself +4

Understood on the auto-dodge bonus so I figured error on the low side. Please excuse the way I do skills but I will list final percentages for you here.

I have a facial picture for him but I have not learned how to post a picture in this chat medium.

You also need to make the characters date of birth at least 1981 otherwise, you are going to be like 54 yrs old. I did state in the setting briefing, that this game would be somewhere in 2025-2030.

I will try to find a later date but the date has to be the date of a major earthquake in california and also when one of California's mercury mines are still open.

Although, with healing factor and his style of living, being 54 might not be that much of a disadvantage. If the age is a problem for you, let me know. Running out of data on my phone and not finding much in the way of strong earthquakes in the time frame, I'm looking for, in San Francisco (the only, as I read, semi-open mercy mine in California).

I would prefer that he is not that old.

As for actual earthquakes, it doesn't have to be a real one. It can be fictitious. (ie: does not have to be real)

Quick google search turns up the following major Californian earthquakes...

Loma Prieta: October 17th, 1989
Magnitude: 6.9
The 1989 Loma Prieta earthquake occurred in Northern California on October 17 at 5:04 p.m. local time. The shock was centered in The Forest of Nisene Marks State Park approximately 10 mi (16 km) northeast of Santa Cruz on a section of the San Andreas Fault System and was named for the nearby Loma Prieta peak in the Santa Cruz Mountains. With a moment magnitude of 6.9 and a maximum Mercalli intensity of IX (Violent), the shock was responsible for 63 deaths and 3,757 injuries. The Loma Prieta segment of the San Andreas Fault System had been relatively inactive since the 1906 San Francisco earthquake (to the degree that it was designated a seismic gap) until two moderate foreshocks occurred in June 1988 and again in August 1989.

Landers; June 28th, 1992
Magnitude: 7.3
This early morning quake with an epicenter near the southern California town of Landers shifted the ground horizontally as much as 18 feet (5.5 meters) and vertically as much as 5.9 feet (1.8 meters). Three people died and more than 400 were injured. The shaking was felt throughout southern California, Nevada, Arizona, and Utah, as far north as Idaho, east to New Mexico and Colorado.

But are there are no mercury mines still open in california at these times. I will have to rethink how the character came to be.
