A kilometer tall quarter kilometre tall warehouse.
Fifty sky floors.
Seventy five basement floors.
Each corner of the building has an elevator, a one hundred by two hundred foot freight surrounded by a support frame if I beams. Protected by a thick ceramic wall. One fifty foot door per level.
All sky levels have four outer bay doors one on each wall every other level.
Within the maze of I beams, four human size elevators per wall also.

Entrenched force.

The story begins with the warehouse workers being assaulted and killed by ghosts. The stealth cyborgs using the out of phase fields.
Demons, The Assassin Borgs, were also spotted.

To fool the psychics, the magic users and psionics prowled the complex in astral form, scouting and causing mischief.

Eventually get complex was shut down, Investigators were called in, with a combat support team.
Enter the player characters.

One Dyasha Demon, named Pit Wolf a Magic Mystic Study with Super Sleuth Special Training.

A MAJOR demon with not one, but 2 OCC's? Didnt know they could take full blown OCC's....

One Dyasha Demon, named Pit Wolf a Magic Mystic Study with Super Sleuth Special Training.

An RCC with duel Power Catagories. Not allowable with RAW, and I don't know any GM permissive enough to let you take a triple character anyways.

Young Adult Hatchling Dragon Physical Training, Bolo a muscular stocky Asian Martial Arts Master.

Again you have an RCC with a power catagory. Not allowable with RAW, doubly so when your RCC is as powerful as a dragon!

Lost Ones rcc, dual class Techno Wizard, Tech Savvy, a beautiful human looking dbee.

Here we have an RCC that can't take an OCC...with an OCC. Not allowable with RAW, doubly so since this is basically a mind melter combined with a techno-wizard...nope

Uteni Hardware Weapons Expert, Kung Fu Joe, hate and kills all NE enemies in North America.

This one might be allowable, if your GM permits you to freely mix and match aliens from one setting with power catagories from another. Normally rifts aliens can take OCCs, not power catagories. This one, I would be careful as it's a weapons expert with a free shape shifting power. Would also point out, that I hope Kung Fu Joe doesn't mean you also gave him N&SS abilities

Amaki Hardware Analytical Specialist, BaunRah, a slick bs talking opportunist in the heist for money, gear, possibly a pretty wench our six.

This one might be allowable, if your GM permits you to freely mix and match aliens from one setting with power catagories from another. Normally rifts aliens can take OCCs, not power catagories. Not sure I would allow this in an SDC setting without adjusting the Amaki's SDC down to compensate.

Torvil Swordfist Super Spy, For sword arms and hands, Stretching, extraordinary Speed, Adhesion.
Liquid Sword. Evil super villian, payed loyalty.

This one is broken, as the Super Spy catagory doesn't allow you to have that many super powres. They can select 1 major and 1 minor.... or 3 minors.

Quick Flex Alien Juicer Reaver Assassin Master Psionic. 6 Super all healing and physical psionics.
+1D6 damage, +50% range, duration, effect, mdc, etc. (Appears to be a clone soldier with a panorama lens cluster and three particle beam eyes).
7355 DBC, a juiced up alien killer with cybernetic sensors. Claims to be a clone soldier lost in battle, truth, he is...

Alright, once more let's try and break the game. We have an alien that isn't normally in Russia, taking a russian OCC (reaver). That isn't a biggie and I would allow it. But then you have have him also getting the benifits of another OCC (Juicer)... where I would say no....and he is also a master Psionic? So you have another character here who is broken to hell with 3 OCCs.

Well, if that is the norm, to ignore RAW, My pc could end this with one shot. See, he is a Mega-hero Dominator Godling RPA Ace...who's power armor is the SDF-1...... so I just fire my main gun, which destroys everything in it's path, period, and the building is gone. :P

Those are the bad guys.
Yes I freely ignored rules but with a twenty round Ion Burst dealing upwards of two hundred mdc.

Ran Gravy, level 10/ DC level 1.
Four 12th levels with a squad if choice.

Replaced their characters with my versions in my Facebook write up. Some are close others not even close to what the player used.

Legitimized the npc villians.

Using Alien power category for the uh, Alien aspect only used available power category abilities.

Dyasha Mystic Study.

Torvil Mutant.

Quick Flex Experiment Megahero.

Dragon Hatchling Physical Training. This one I like as is. So 75% conformity to rules, even though npc villians frequently do not follow RAW.
